I just bought the two sweetest prints on Etsy from theblackapple. I plan to frame these in an old windows and hang them over my bed during my week off. I need to start me a little list of all the things I plan to get done during my time off so I can properly begin procrastinating. I wake up on my days off feeling so inspired and motivated… then life happens and the cat’s needs, the dog’s needs, of course DH’s, and the dirty dishes ALWAYS seem more inportant. Hmm… add “making time for me” to list.

I just noticed it’s been two months since last post. Fall is the busiest time in magazine publishing, can’t wait for the holidays. I’m taking the week just before Christmas off to just stay at home…paint my bathroom pink. I am pretty fried and ready for some serious down time. I have not even cracked open my new sewing machine. DH and I are traveling to Maryland mañana for Edsel and Edna’s (his parents) 50th wedding anniversary party. We’ll only be in town for a whole 72 hours so I’m a bit sad that I can’t squeeze in a trip to New Jersey to visit my mom…but I hope to visit when it’s warmer and I can stay a couple days. I’m bringing some yummy yarn and will be cabling away.
