Okay now isn’t this the most beautiful cranberry! I am about to cast on for my second Clapotis with this luscious yarn. I was winding it into a ball this morning and could not get over how gorgeous it is and how it felt. I can’t wait to knit with it. I know, I know . . . I’ve knit one before but only scarf size. I have alot going on in my life right now, which I’ll post about when I feel more comfortable, and I need a familiar pattern that isn’t so fussy and demanding . . . comfort knits. This time it’s gonna be full wrap size to show off this beautiful yarn. Oh, what yarn is it? Plucky Knitter, its a Cranberry flavored 100% Merino lace weight and it’s so amazingly soft . . . seriously soft. I did finish Wisp and need to find some dainty buttons for it . . . Etsy here I come. I may or may not block it. The Kidsilk Haze is suck a great weight for the Central Texas winters. It’ll keep your neck warm and still scrunch up into a small enough ball to stuff in your pocket or tote when the sun toasts things up after lunch.
