Last night I met one of my newest neighbors for the first time. She was pulling her son and a busload of tomatoes in a little red wagon. She asked if I wanted some tomatoes and her son chomped on a whole cucumber. I told her I had plenty from my own garden, my CSA (and my seamstress) but when I saw her bounty I had to have the Cherokee Purple tomato. We talked for a few minutes and she was off to give away as much as she could… what a great way to meet a neighbor. I can't believe I forgot to tell her about A Row to Share, but it'll be a great opportunity to bring them something from my garden.

Idle Time

Next week I am taking a week off from work to recharge and begin a couple creative projects I've had marinating in my head these past few weeks.  So far, as you can see by the list above… I have managed to not over plan these days. Hopefully I can keep it that way.
