I was watering my garden this evening and just soaking it all in, the coffee and jasmine were just so fragrant after warming up in the sun. Coffee? yep you heard me, I use my coffee grounds for my compost bin and sprinkle some on my garden as well, so when I water it smells like coffee. My husband and I do drink a lot of coffee but I still pick up bags of used grinds at Starbucks. For those of you unaware of this program… they save used grounds by the bagful just for gardeners to use, all you have to do is ask for one. It’s pretty cool.

Glamour Puss
My friend Brian took this glamour shot and more of my pet Boston Terrorist. He quickly noticed he’d need to use a faster shutter speed…those of you with Bostons know this well. BTW his site is Brian Birzer
Project Monogamy
I’m serious, up until now I have been able to maintain a strictly monogamous relationship with each and every piece I knit. So far I’ve been able to give each stitch my full attention and care, but I picked up the teddy because I started to worry about finishing the blue blanket by the shower. Because of this I finally have a WIPs gallery, albeit small. I have to say it doesn’t feel right…I’m the kind of gal who likes to see a project through to the end one at a time. Am I a freak?
I’m sorry but my garden is looking just freaking beautiful, please see latest photos.
