How come so may things we knit begin with the letter "s" ?

We had planned to build my garden beds this wekend but I’m afraid it’s going to be cold and wet. damn. Looks like I may make a dent in any of these 3 projects and the baby sized duvet cover I need to finish for a baby shower next weekend.
