I tend to be a monogamous with my knit & crochet projects, but I really enjoy having a larger long term project to pick up whenever the mood hits. Especially one so simple it allows me to just pick up and go with no care about where I left off. This project was a shawl at one time, but the weight and drape of the garment felt like it needed to be a blanket, so I frogged it, bought more yarn and have been adding rows to this massive granny square throw since April 2020. I’ll keep going until it is large enough to tuck under my chin and cover my toes… not too much longer. Should be ready for coffee on the porch on crisp fall mornings and fall movie watching. 🍁 ☕️ 🍿
